The dress?? Absolutely stunning. Since I'm getting hitched soon, I’ll definitely be getting my wedding outfit from this place, and I’m really looking forward to it now.

I got an email to verify all the measurements and make any changes if needed, so I felt relaxed knowing they double-checked everything. Anyway, my outfit looks stunning, and I couldn't be happier.

I’m really let down by the service. The staff were rude and showed no empathy. They ruined my outfit for a family wedding that’s coming up, but they don’t seem to care. They claim I provided the measurements and that I’m to blame, but the stitching was just awful and the material isn’t worth what I paid! The tailoring is a complete mess. It’s just a disaster. Luckily, my aunt who knows how to sew managed to fix it for me, which is the only reason I’m not tossing it in the trash! Even she said it would be tough to fix the terrible tailoring.

I’m really happy with my anarkali outfit. The quality is top-notch, exceeded what I thought it would be, and the fit is just right. My order arrived on schedule as promised. Huge thanks!

The item showed up on time. It was well packaged. Just like the images. No problems with my order. I reckon the prices are pretty fair. I did have a little hiccup with the invoice that listed a dispatch date from 2014, even though I purchased it in 2021. But I reached out to Omsara on Instagram, and they got back to me the next morning with the right invoice. They're easy to get in touch with; just give 'em a bit of time, I bet they have a lot on their plate. The website could use some tweaks; the login and order history pages are a bit odd, which made me wonder if the site was legit. But after seeing the reviews here, I decided to give it a shot, and I’m not let down.

What can I say? The customer service here is top-notch, and they really deliver on their promises. I placed my order, fully aware that it might not arrive on time, but when I reached out to omsara with my worries, they got it shipped out promptly. The outfit is gorgeous, and I'm actually wearing it while writing this review! It fits like a dream. I'd totally recommend this to anyone. I’m definitely planning to order more outfits from omsara in the future.

I’m really happy with my order from Omsara and the top-notch service I got. The initial outfit I picked couldn’t be produced due to a fabric issue. The next one I selected was custom-made and showed up pretty quickly; it’s beautifully crafted, and everyone at Omsara has been amazing. Much appreciated!

I’m over the moon to have my lehenga arrive today. The entire crew has been amazing in ensuring I got my outfit on time. The latkans are incredibly gorgeous and feel super high-end. This would’ve set me back a grand or two in a physical shop compared to your online place.

I’m totally into it. I first found them on Etsy with a stunning evening dress, then discovered they offer Indian attire on their main site, omsar. My outfit turned out to be exactly what I was looking for and even better 😍. The gentleman I chatted with on the phone (Jay) was super helpful and answered all my queries. I’ve told my family and friends to check out this store.

The first time I ordered, there was a mix-up with the delivery info, and I was pretty bummed since I didn’t get the saree I planned to wear for my daughter's wedding. Eventually, my order arrived much later, and I was super pleased with the product because it looked just like the picture on Omsara's site. I definitely recommend Omsara, but I’d suggest that folks double-check the delivery dates and all that before placing an order.

The service was just awful. I won't be placing any more orders on this site. I ordered a suit, and to this day, it hasn't shown up. The event has passed, and I've received zero emails or updates for a whole month. After waiting so long, they finally emailed me asking for my measurements, even though I had already chosen the tailor option and provided all my info.

This is just terrible service, and I'm going to escalate this issue. I spent a good chunk of change on that item, which I never got and now don't even need.
